Having issues right now with HP's restocking fee. Laptops arrived damaged (or defective from production - hard to say) but I would note that they didn't ship the laptop boxes in any outer boxes which meant being tossed around in shipping could really abuse them. So, for sending me non-working units, HP is trying to charge me a fee.

I've been waiting for the killer 3080 laptop but this seems like a great value, especially with a 140w gpu. How is HP at returns? Reviews seem to indicate they have problems with customer service and can charge 15% restocking fee

Log out if you are logged in when you tried. Add the item, apply the code, then log back in. I have the same problem too. When I am log in to my account which is EPP, none of the coupon would work.

Interesting, earlier ship date for order now (12/9) vs when I ordered it couple weeks ago (12/21). Who knows if HP will actually deliver on-time.

Also it seems you can't combine EPP/EDU w/this coupon as others have posted. On the previous deal you could ($1283 vs $1359 before tax). I wonder if there's a way to get EPP/EDU to work...
