Damn...ended up getting it for $140 off ebay after not knowing if they were going to have it come back. This one seems very popular compared to other recent Christmas sets.
Also, don't believe the backorder status - you may not get it. Had Lego cancel a few items that were backordered in the past.

This is exactly why I posted. I was seriously considering paying up to $150 for it and then I got the email alert that it was back in stock. Yesterday at 9 est I got an email that it shipped so thankfully no back order this time.
Started building mine yesterday and agree with the above - really fun and interesting build.
Definitely one that could use lighting I think - which is a rabbit hole I havent gone down yet. Really want an option where I can turn everything on and off, preferably via remote, at once since my setup is basically a holiday train table on a ping-pong table.
