Man that's a good deal, I'd buy 15 if I could find them. I use the Ikea ones for like $6, they are a pain in the ass to figure out, but once you get them going they are fine.

Extreme YMMV, went to three stores listed as having stock on BrickSeek. Found one version 1 at full price, no version 2. My guess is the clearance price is for version 2.
