Click the coupon on the page that says "Save an extra $13.02 on your first Subscribe & Save order.", then after that you can setup a subscribe and save for it for an extra 15% off (brings it to $3.25 each). If you want it sooner, click the "change" under the first delivery date and you can select 5% off instead of 15% off to get it shipped immediately. That brings it to $3.52 each ($21.12 total).
It hasn't been this cheap since 2015 according to CamelCamelCamel
Fred Meyer's normal price is $7.50 each. BB&B has it for $6.50 (or $4.87 with beyond+).

FYI, I have been refilling my foaming dispenser with 1/3 ~ 1/2 of the hand soap then top off with water, seems to work just fine 😊
