Don't ask me how this worked, but I came across this deal on Netgear's website. YMMV on final price, but it is listed as $359.99 with the router and 3 satellites, but when I added to my cart, the price was even lower. I signed up for Netgear's e-mails to receive an additional 10% off which stacked with the price.

I was charged tax, and the final price was $298.96 for shipping to North Dakota.

This is a good deal. However, Netgear RBK753 (on sale at Costco) would be a better deal since it has dedicated channel for the backhaul, making the satellites much more efficient / faster.

The RBK75x have fewer network ports on them (3 on the router, 2 per satellite), so while the ones here are best served with a wired backhaul they also have more open ports to connect your other devices through them.

For someone capable of wiring in the satellites I'd recommend this set, for anyone who needs their satellites to be wireless I'd send them to that Costco deal.

Question I have Verizon Fios currently connected directly to my TPLink AX10 router. Can I replace the AX10 with this or does it have to stay? Netgear website shows diagrams that includes a router/modem - I was hoping the Orbi would replace the AX10 and allow me to plug the verison rj45 in directly...
