It's a sale in the weakest ladder of the lineup. You can go to to type ii 225 lbs, to type I class 300 lbs etc with higher prices.

E.g. 300lbs aluminum 16' ~$170-190 home depot

From what they say and rate - https://www.wernerparts.com/how-t...ght-ladder - at 380 you couldn't use any of the ladders they make. Insane. I am guessing they put a lot of leeway into those ratings but if something would happen and your ladder is not rated for your weight plus the load of material you have with you, then they will not be responsible I imagine. I am around 6' 185lbs and some of those lightweight ladders feel unstable to me when they are extended!

I weigh maybe 120 if that so this will work for me. I'm needing a taller one too, fingers crossed a deal will pop up soon.

I highly recommend getting sturdier extension ladders. These 200 lb ones are wobbly af once extended
