I am kinda confused by the non-expiring option. It says on the web site 2TB Term: Never expires. Then reading the fine print before you pay it says: You have chosen 2 TB BLOCK SSL access plan with a total of (2000) GB download limit good for 12 Month(s).

So what is it, never expires, or expires in 1 year?

Been using them for years. Their services works great. Could have a huge influx of new customers bogging down their servers. Never had an issue.

Been using a long time, got in on last year $20/year.

Way better than newsdemon (totally sucks).

The bad, retention on non mainstream groups is only about a 9 months to a year. Not in the same league as newshosting, astraweb, giganews, easynews, but also a lot cheaper.

edit: never any service or customer service issues, speeds are great for me. I'm a happy customer esp. at the price point.

I have a CC that I can add employees and set their spending limit, put the max at exactly what you want to authorize.

I got the deal ($2.5/mo) with the VPN and I can't figure out any way to use the VPN. Anyone else get this or use them in the past know what I'm missing? I got a welcome email with credentials that work for the USENET but no idea how to access the VPN.
