Previous front page deal for the 3/8 stubby was last November for $179 with a 2Ah battery. Now it's $189 with as bag, 6Ah, 3Ah, and charger. Looks red hot to me.

https://www.homedepot.com/p/Milwa.../318100936

Also available with the drill/driver and impact driver kit for $279:
https://www.homedepot.com/p/Milwa.../313167101

The drill/driver and impact kit is on a pretty good discount for $179 right now, so $100 more for the 3/8 stubby is a steal if you need both.

Too bad after waiting 2 years for a hot deal like this, I bought the new Dewalt Atomic last month and am slowly moving off M12 Peace

Before anyone asks:
- Not hackable unfortunately.
- 3/8" stubby is preferred over 1/2" by most for the compact form factor, AND 3/8 low torque impacts perform equal to or better than 1/2 in torque tests.
If you purchase something through a post on our site, Slickdeals may get a small share of the sale.

What was the cheapest that the stubby 3/8 impact wrench went for with the hack?

Also any ratchet deals?

There was a $129 tool only deal earlier for Black Friday.

Great deal. I canceled my order for the 3.0+6.0 kit and picked this guy up instead. With military discount, $180 out the door is hard to beat, will be nice to not have to bust out the big boi ingersoll for light automotive work.

I have the older 3/8 M12 impact and was happy with that, so it was hard to justify this, but.. at this deal had to go for it anyway. The battery combo included makes it worthwhile. The 6.0 is great I have one so far but another is always welcome, and I wanted the 3.0 compact since I only have a mix of old 1.5 and a 2.0. The smaller size is great for the smaller tools and M12 LED lights but would like the capacity of the new 3.0.

Great deal. Was contemplating the 3/6 battery deal but glad I checked all deals and saw this. Also glad I waited and didn't buy the stubby at 129. Figure HD would come up with their own deal sooner or later.

I already have a Ridgid 1/2" Octane impact wrench which I mainly use for lug nuts. Has anyone done real live comparisons of these two impact wrenches?

Which one is better for a starter set? This would be my first set of cordless tools, would be using around the house For small projects and possibly working on the car

Damn, I took the $129 deal at Ace Hardware. I'm contemplating weather to return them and get this or just get the 3+6 battery. I already have a set of chargers and 2/4 Ah batteries.

Edit: Just pulled the trigger. I realized this has 3/6 Ah batteries too.
