I wish this was one of their brad nailers. I'm in the market but don't think I would get enough use out of the pin nailer, the brad appears more versatile. This would be a nice to have, but I can probably accomplish the same with the brad and more. Holding out but damn is the temptation strong

Check reviews on the tube for the Brad nailer. It apparently overheats and locks out if you use it for more than 1 shot per 8second for too long and you have to wait for it to cool off. It's also less consistent than ryobi. I was considering the dewalt but now I'm considering the ryobi.

Oh man that's really disappointing. I might just get a traditional pneumatic tool in that case. I already have an air compressor but it would have been nice to be cordless.

Yea I know :/ it's weird to me that people prefer the ryobi Brad nailer over the others. However, longterm or on a job site where you might drop it a lot I feel the dewalt or Milwaukee would do better. But for a diyer like myself I'm going with the ryobi.

I have the brad nailer and have used it for a room's worth of trim with no problems yet, I really like it
