I received the attached email this morning. Working for digital cards (did not try other options yet). Add a $25 gift card to cart, and an additional $5 gift card is added for free.

I think amex blue might still have an offer for x amount off a purchase if you spend $15 or more.... Forget if that offer expired/expires this month or next. Not sure if it would work with a gift card purchase to trigger it either

These subs are great though. love the big kahunas. coworkers always say it smells amazing

Do not use that card to buy this deal, the online gift card sale by wgiftcard.com, not jersey mike, so the amex offer will not work
