I had the tech come out. All my lines are fine. I had him re-active my old one for the time being. That one is going just fine until I ultimately drop $170+ for a new modem.

I also read the reviews of the high failure rate after 1 year warranty.
I had an emergency to buy a modem last month, October, (wasted a half a day with no internet)...I paid $180 for this at BB on sale. But then after hearing about the failure rate, I paid $30 for a 3 year extended warranty.
Kind of sucks even after paying $200+ with the warranty, I may not get more than 4 years out of this.
