Note that you CANNOT use the iOS App to purchase these, you must use a web browser (I.e. Safari). This is due to it being a subscription which Apple disallows without IAP.

yeah, that's what it said on my primary account too. my 2nd account is tied to the first, but it's not working there yet. I'm not sure how to get it linked to the primary since they're supposed to share features.
