You are right... The reason it worked in one browser was cause it was set to a different store location. You can change the zip code to 11355 and then add to cart and ship to home for free shipping.

Click 24" and multiple, change the zip code to 11355 and then add to cart.. then ship to home for free. It's multiple because it is electric start and pull cord.

Change zip code to see the price and then change the delivery zip code to your zip code for free shipping.

Haven't tried. Looks like it could be possible. The location dictates the prices shown and it looks like if its free shipping it could work.
