For Brand New Entry level 4k projector (probably I should say that this is pseudo-4k with Lens shifting technology by Texas Instrument), I believe this is a Great deal.

Back in the day a CRT TV displays displayed pixel by pixel, left to right, line by line to make it appear as a single image, but we don't call those 480p TVs pseudo either.
The fact is - no matter how you want to break it down, if your eye and brain genuinely see 4k amount of pixels (7-8million) then its 4k. It does not matter how that happens. Whether its 30 full frames painted in 1 second, 60 full frames or 240 quarter frames in a single second, your brain will see and process the same thing.

Totally agree with that. Cant argue that this projector has a great 4k image display. I just wanted give little more details about actual technology used on this device for people who cares. By the way thanks for the interesting fact that the similar tech was used on TVs back in the days
