This is a full-frame camera? Doesn't Olympus have their own standard?

No, it's standard M4/3 (micro four-thirds).

It's the full frame of the micro 4/3 standard, which is 1/4 of the size (2 stops) of a 35 mm sensor.

In before people judge a camera based on the sensor.
It's not all about the sensor! Look at the weight of these lenses + quality of optics.
Even Fuji X series cameras + lenses are significantly larger.

A camera you can bring everywhere because its 17oz lens + body is much better than some 32oz camera you only use 3 times a year.

Not this lens in particular. I like the 17mm olympus prime, it is very nice and its 4oz.

Even a pro zoom like Panasonic 12-35 or Olympus 12-40 is about 13oz. Much lighter than Fuji 16-55, which is almost 26oz.

as an olympus user, keep in mind that this sensor has been out since 2016. there has been ZERO changes to this sensor (which is used by pretty much all 4/3 sensors), nor is there anything new in the perceivable future.

basically it is 2 or 3 generations behind at this moment in time

Travel camera, take everywhere camera, camera for hiking, run and gun photo / video camera with the great image stabilization, cheapest way to get long reach.

If you are in need of those things,4/3 can be a great format, can also be a second camera for someone who can do dual systems. If you want the ultimate in IQ (so not just good, but the best), and you will be viewing in a way that it is noticeable, or shoot a lot in low light and need the fastest lenses ($$$), then you will need to look elsewhere (35mm (FF) or Medium Format). Of course achieving that will come at a greater cost, size and weight, so one needs to decide what tradeoffs they want to make.
