Actually not significantly IMO (strictly speaking to quality of build and feel). I prefer the keyboard on the mk520 but the keys on both keyboards are more similar to what you'd get for free with a dell system these days. It comes with an m310 which I don't believe has any side buttons and it is kind of tiny iirc.
The MK850 supports the pairing of multiple computers (via more unifying receivers or perhaps other methods) so it can be significantly more valuable in that sense. I just don't like the actual keyboard or mouse, but at least the mouse has thumb buttons.
Oh wait, I forgot the m720 has the middle button that switches from smooth scrolling to slick scrolling. Yeah it's definitely worth the extra $15 in this case.
Got one. But when I clicked the order in my account, I got the following: We are making improvements to our order processing and fulfillment engine.

So maybe I mix and match, since they both should have the unifying receiver.
Yes. I have. Bought a SDD last year. If it's your first time ordering from them, you need to contact them before they ship.
