I just got back from CVS and can confirm this. I bought 2 Colgate deep clean 3.3 oz. On sale for 2/$7.98 with mfr coupon of $7.98 = FREE. Just pay tax. Add the coupon to your card online or print it out at the kiosk at the store. I added the coupon to my card online because sometimes the coupon printer at the store does not work.
I tried to put 2 of the eligible toothpaste in my cart online to check the coupon but it did not take off the $7.98 for some odd reason but I can confirm this works in store. Expires 12/04/21 though

If you clip other Colgate coupon in your account, it will use other coupon instead, try it again next time with only clip this save $7.98 on two, it should work.
Thanks but I just tried to unclip the other coupons but that doesn't work.
