I bought the cusinart food processor from Costco and would like to know if this one is any good. Cusinart 12 cup was $149.

Stick with the Cuisinart. Or at the very least, don't swap it out for this one. I've owned this brand before, and while it'll do an okay enough job, it's not as powerful as higher end machines, won't process food as efficiently, and is *insanely* loud.

I can't speak to the Costco model you picked up, but I eventually swapped out my Hamilton Beach for a Cuisinart DFP-14BCNY 14 Cup, and it's been a dream. I'm sure whichever model you picked up will also be significantly better than the Hamilton Beach.

The Costco model is not as loud as I thought it would be. We were surprised to see that. We used it couple of times and it seemed good so far.
