ETA Also - there is a row of burners parallel to the front of the thing that you have to reach over which is a pretty horrible design unless you're trying to remove the hair on your forearm in which case this is the grill for you.
Picked up the last one at a local-ish store at $171+tax.
Was in back, not on display. Just give the store a call - what I did.
I told her it said that they had 4 for $230 on her phone.
She said, well, she still needs to check (while we are literally standing right next to one).
While we were waiting for her to check "what they had in stock", I called another Lowes and gave the woman on the phone the same product number and she said that she had 3 in stock. When I asked for price, she said it was @ $429. I said really? It's not at a clearance price. She then replied that she couldn't even find the grill under the product number I gave her. F'in lying pieces of excrement.
Then the garden and grill associate, some young guy walks up, and the girl shows him what she saw on the phone that she couldn't show me apparently, and he simply points to the grill we were standing next to and blurts out... its right there and that they have 3 more sitting outside and that I could have my pick.
I swear, if I had not seen that girls phone or if that guy hadn't just walked up and pointed out the obvious, I do wonder if the girl would have lied to me about having the grill for that price. She seemed to want to suggest it was being offered for $429.
At the register, I gave the cashier the same product number that the guy gave me and she had no problem showing me the screen of whatever she was looking at it and in green under the pricing and everything, it said the price and then said w/ an * that it was the minimal retail value it could sell the grill for.
So that's my story. I got one. Now to throw my old rusted other garbage grill away.
