Target is currently offering a promotional $25 Gift card with the purchase if a 12 month Shipt membership for $99. Deal valid until Dec 11th.
This isn't as good as past offers from Target, but it's the best shipt offer I have seen lately.

Offer excludes items sold & shipped by Target Plus™ 3rd Party Partners and clearance items. Your promotional gift card will automatically be applied to your Target account after your qualifying items ship or are picked up at a Target store. Promotional eGiftCards and Mobile GiftCards are non-refundable. When a free Target GiftCard is offered with a qualifying item, you'll be charged the amount of the qualifying item reduced by a Target discount equal to the amount of the gift card, and you'll be charged a separate amount for the value of the gift card.
