Readywares has their waxed canvas tool bucket organizer on sale for $48.99 (reg. 69.99) and I'm on their email list and they sent a 25% coupon to me which seems to stack...that coupon code is HOLIDAYSALE25...didn't say when it expired...total came to $36.74 with free shipping.
Alternatively, it looks like they are offering a holiday bundle of their waxed canvas bucket organizer and deluxe utility apron. It's on sale for $89 with FS, so after the 25% off, total comes to $66.75 for both the bucket organizer and utility apron.

Edit: for anyone weighing made-in-the-USA vs. price for shop aprons, I fell down the rabbit hole of searching for them after seeing this yesterday. Summary: on one hand, most of them seem like wonderful, almost heirloom-quality articles; on the other, the low end of the price range appears to start around $170.

One might consider getting a rubber bucket handle to go with it. It can get really heavy once you load it all up!

I agree. Mine got too heavy and the tools would scratch/rip and mark my pants so much. Now cut up my bucket organizer, put rivets in them and hanging on a wall as an organizer.

I'm now using a Milwaukee Packout crate
Yup. 5 gal bucket
The 5 gallon buckets can be had from the roadside of any highway. I see them all the time and rescue them for home use. They're everywhere.
