I went to the store today but the clerk was not aware of this promotion. A manager told me there will be an email for GC when I input my email address at check out. I am not sure if this happens to every store now.

Their website says you should be able to get an actual gift card when you make your purchase in store. "Purchases completed in stores will receive a physical Gift Card and purchases completed online will receive an E-Gift Card. While Supplies Last."
