30-Day Returns and Refunds Policy
Returns:

Any new and unused product purchased from TurboAnt can be returned within 30 days upon receipt of the product. To return a product that is not defective or damaged, please make sure to notify us of your return request within 14 days upon receipt of the product. A return shipping label (provided by TurboAnt after receiving the return request) is necessary to return products. Any products returned to TurboAnt without the provided return shipping label will be rejected and sent back at the customer's cost. Note: Please well keep your product package after unpacking. The original package is required for any product return and refund.


Refunds:

Any returns for non-defective reasons will be charged a 25% restocking fee and the resulting shipping cost, duties, or tariffs will be at the customer's cost. The customer has the responsibility of ensuring the product arrives undamaged.


Please note:

a. Should the amount the customer paid differ from the product price on the website during the promotional campaign because the customer's payment was made prior to the promotion starting, TurboAnt will not refund the difference in these two prices.

b. Requests made to TurboAnt asking to refund the price difference because the customer failed (e.g., forgot to use, input a wrong code) to use the provided coupon code before checkout will not be accepted.

Damage During Shipping
In very rare cases, the item received may be damaged during shipping, if such a thing happened, please contact [email protected] with clear photo(s) and/or video(s). Scratches on the product caused by free accessories during shipping do not qualify for product replacement or compensation.
