The card pictured in the link that im2cool posted shows the St Jude's Children's research card. Don't ;know if the other cards qualify (Wounded Warriors, Habit for Humanity, Make a Wish, Feeding America) but I'm guessing they do. You would need to check on the list posted in the store to be certain.
The 'giving good' cards seem to be like the 'happy gift card's, which can be used in an assortment of establishments. Mainly restaurants, but also HD, Lowe's, Macy's, Gamestop,
If they work like the Happy cards, you may be able to get one to use at Lowes and then get an Amazon card. So maybe you can get $10 off an Amazon card. (the $10 being in the form of a Lowe's gc).

I was wrong about the 'giving good cards'. They are redeemed for e-gift cards, so you cannot swipe them yourself at Lowe's like you can swipe the Happy gift cards.
OTOH, I haven't been able to submit the 2nd of 2 Happy Gift card offers successfully yet. I wrote and the respondent told me to enter a valid email address 2ce, the card # and amount --- ie resubmit (I commented in the request for assistance that I had already tried multiple times). On the plus side, the intial response was quick -- it didn't look like a canned reply, although it didn't address my comments.

I think you can buy a Happy card w/Lowe's as a choice, then use that card to buy an Amazon card (see the discussion on the Discover card / Happy card at 20% off post), so ~20pct off an Amazon card (IF you're ok w/a Lowe's e-gift card)

Cards are mostly for use in some combination of restaurants. Some include Barnes&Noble, Macys, and/or Regal. I don't remember if any had AutoZone, but I know none had Lowes. (I looked hard for Lowes).
These are physical cards -- if you go to Panera Bread, you can use them to buy a Panera Bread GC and get the current buy $50 PB gift card, get $10 bonus card to use in January promotion.

So for a $50 spend you can get a 10 Lowe's e-gift card and a $10 use-in-January Panera card along with the $50 PB gc (must be done in store -- the Happy card doesn't work on-line)
I don't know if this can also be done in Barnes&Noble. They had had a GC promo, but there's no promo atm. Regal Cinema has a gc promo, but it's an e-gift card promo and the Happy card may not work on the Regal website.
