Refurb can come in pretty poor condition from DTO, fyi. That's based on my experience.

It's true, but most of the time they are in very good to excellent shape from my experience with about 20 of them.

Never bought from the outlet. What's the return policy? If it's in rough shape, can I return it to the local home depot? Anyone have experience with returning a refurb?
