Careful with the Jelly sandals. In 2015, my then 15 month old was wearing them often. Took her to the Doctor for a routine checkup and the finger prick test showed that her lead levels were through the roof! I was trying to find a cause, and google quickly showed issues with jelly sandals, but I don't know that there was ever a recall. Went in for a follow up blood draw a week later and the levels were back to normal/practically nothing.

Soft plastics are just bad idea in general, the plasticizers used to make them supple are never a good thing. Would definitely limit exposure for kids.
