Unframed means that it doesn't come framed
I've been very impressed with these and I get them every year during the sale.
Could also mean not stretched.
If it is not with stretcher bars it may come rolled up.
You can buy stretcher bars in art stores, maybe Lowes/Home Depot and on eBay.
Hopefully it only mean sans frame.
