The MX series carries SLC cache, which makes it slightly faster (560mb/s vs 540mb/s on seq. reads). The MX also uses a different controller. Otherwise, they are basically equivalent.

BX is the budget no DRAM SATA offering. 1 TB comes in 2 flavors, 1 TB QLC or 960 GB TLC. Both are pretty underwhelming, and strangely enough, the 960 GB TLC version has no better performance than QLC!
Hard pass on the vendor with 90% rating. Also seems like older version of BX500?

Or it's more honest than most reviews. Amazon themselves admit that there is a growing problem and that +30% of the reviews are a sham. There was a recent news video on YouTube if you search it.
