Yes it's yet another YMMV Lowes clearance item. It's an Indoor/Outdoor fan for as low as $30. It was marked $60 at my Lowes and I still got it as it's a lot more difficult to find a decent outdoor fan let alone on clearance. It's 52" and comes with a 4" downrod. Can also flush Mount and angle mount it. It has a light fixture with a regular sized light base and comes with LED lights.

I only have a fabric cover on my patio so I silicon caulked the top openings and used a liquid tight connector to run a grounded extension cord into the side of box to prevent water inflitration. I put a plastic disc over the fan shroud to keep water out as well. If you have a solid roof or board above the fan, you won't have that issue, you can use any celing fan electrical box.
