In case anyone wants to know about the quality of this thing, it's ok. When they say the sidewalls are rigid, they mean JUST the sidewalls...so the ends where the handles are, are not rigid. Doesn't matter really and it works well under the bed just like it advertises. I use it to store my kid's old clothes as he gets older. Just throw it in there under the bed. But it's not rigid enough where you would be able to have it stand vertically (not that you would use it like that).
