Perhaps not as cheap as some of the other sale PSUs that have been posted recently, but I've had good experience with EVGA. Thumbs up from me.
The packaging is nice, it comes with a super-thick and rigid mains cable (14 AWG if I'm not mistaken), and overall the power supply has a nice hefty feel to it, all indicators of not cutting corners on quality.
This is a good deal for this specific power supply (I think the cheapest I saw recently was $169.99 w/o rebates on EVGA's website over the Christmas holidays). However, as someone else noted, this is a bit of a premium compared to the recent other power supply deals (albeit those had MIRs to do).
Additionally, this has a slightly lower efficiency at 10% load compared to its competitors but for my use case, I'm rarely/never going as low as 85W during idle/desktop usage so it's a non-issue for me.
Or Titanium.
