This JBL speaker has been on clearance for awhile at $90.07 but just dropped to $45.03. Originally $179.99. 3 in stock at my local HD and looks like it's at a few other stores nearby too.

Showing "clearance" with no price on BS. If it's anything like Walmart clearance it's probably not worth the 30 minute drive.

I just bought two of these at the $90 price. I'll have to try for a price adjustment

what's the trick to getting the automated phone system to give a specific in-store price? I don't think I've ever gotten it to do that but I've read that it's possible

Brickseek showed them in-stock at my store in Dallas and, although customer service couldn't find them, I eventually found them near the security cameras. It was a tear-off tag vs. a physical box so I brought that up to the counter and found my store wouldn't honor the lower price (quoted me $170). YMMV

Thanks! At my HD, there was a paper at the smart device aisle that you had to bring to an employee to unlock the cabinet where they kept all their devices. There were two left, bought one.

Finally snagged a couple Link Portables for $45.00 and also a few Link Music's for $30.00. Took some driving but I really wanted them.

All the stores by me have the Link Portable on clearance for $45.00 and the Link Music for $30.00 even if they're still labeled at higher prices.

I bought this at 45 a few weeks ago, went looking for the smaller ones but found this in a clearance endcap. Wasn't expecting much, but I am happy with the portability and utility as a Google audio device. I use it almost as a sub to provide deeper bass with a few wall mounted minis.
