Is this similar to

https://www.newegg.com/cyberpower...6883230646

Only difference is rtx3060ti over the rtx3070 from what I see.

Seems like a good price but you wonder what kind of power supply is in there and motherboard and all the small details they don't list for you.

Also, weird that it's a ROG STRIX branded computer but the pictures make me think it's not using a ROG STRIX card.

Its probably an asus board. Idk how this is a good price though. The original msrp on the 17" ryzen 9 laptops was supposed to be 1499.

Buying any desktop new is probably a ripoff. Youre better off learning how to turn a screwdriver and build your own.

That hasn't been true for years now in terms of value. There are still benefits to building your own rig but it's unlikely you'll be able to do it cheaper.

I Bought a ROG Strix Desktop from BB a year and a half ago, and the PSU died within 5 months and took the GPU and MB with it. Was a 2 month process to get it fixed. ROG Strix Pre Builts are good, just replace the PSU, they use the bottom of the barrel brand on the PSU.
