Hello All,
Been a long time since I have posted, but I saw these 2 deals for Commercial Weight Benches that caught my eye and I thought some might like to see the deals too.
It is a Ziva F-I-D Weight Bench for $249.98, was $599.99

From the reviews I've read in my checking it out as much as I can it seems like a pretty solid bench.
I'm going to go buy one this week.
Only place I could find it elsewhere was selling it for $605.50:

If you don't need an F-I-D bench, they also have a deal on a Flat Bench for $99.98 too, was $299.99:

I am seeing these for much higher than $300 elsewhere.
I hope that helps someone here.
Happy New Year.

This bench posted is probably close to what you would use in a commercial gym.
You don't think you need or want a heavy duty real bench, until you use a cheap one. Cheap ones can be squeaky, wobbly, and sometimes outright dangerous.
I'd love to spend $60 for a bench, but the risk of injury and the headache of a squeaky, wobbly bench is not worth it.
Plus, the F-I-D benches are a specific design for numerous types of exercises and are pricier in general.
You can get a cheap one for $170, but the feet are the same as you'd find on a cheap keyboard stand and the adjustment releases are a joke.
This is well worth the extra $79 IMO.

I like that width of the strand, important for stability.
.... and, apparently, they look to be retractable 👍
Every one looks for the incline, but the decline, in my opinion, is far more useful.
With the decline, you can work your abs, AND, what many Beginners don't know, isolate your lower pecks.
For women, that'll help with increasing your bust size.
For men, it'll give you that chubby pec WITH a great cut under your nipples, like Lou Ferrigno when he played The Hulk.
I've never used this particular bench, but I suspect it's expensive because it's probably high quality steel which is why it weighs 93 pounds. I've used cheap benches from Amazon and Walmart which are so light that I can carry them up and down stairs with one arm. The cheap benches wobble which freaks me out.

Wonder who's purchasing these at $600.
does anyone know how this compares to the Bowflex ones which are much cheaper at MSRP?

Says holds up to 750lbs in the photos.

It doesn't look possible on the Dick's page..

Well, heavy duty benches are.. Heavy lol. They can be cumbersome to move in and out of a squat rack.
But also even heavy duty commercial benches can "wobble".
