Something is off here, OP. The image is a dome, not a bullet. And clicking into the deal link takes you to the product which has 4 variants, two of which are bullet or turret but neither called super hd bullet and not showing $42-- showing $45 instead-- unless the page isn't updating when I click each variant. May want to double check. Thanks.

Yes, there are functional differences, and reasons to have a Dome / Turret / Bullet.

I suspect the OP did not force the appropriate image to match the title, as it looks like both turrets and bullets are available for the same price when I checked the page.
