I see $5.99 as well. Even on the separate listing for the HD/SD versions. However I don't get the rental and buy options side by side. Instead I only see a buy button, and then a "More purchase options" button that brings up a box showing all the other purchase options.

Maybe the promotional credits are obscuring the total.
