Based on these prices I had to give them a try. Got the slicing and the 6.25 chefs . Based on reviews from elsewhere that chefs model g64 is really a Santoku

Typically this means the blade of the knife has a little more give and Is able to bend slightly in either direction. Should hopefully Making it easier to cut around bones.
