alulose isn't a sugar alcohol so it doesn't show up on the nutrition chart, but is still subtracted along with fiber to get net carbs.
It says it right in the front that it has 3 net carbs.

Here is the breakdown from the company:
"Hello, there are 18 total carbs with 3g of those being fiber and 12g of those being allulose. Since both fiber and Allulose do not have an effect on blood sugar and contain a very small amount of calories they can be subtracted from the total carbs to show 3g net carbs

On their website, all the ingredient lists show an oil blend with palm oil.
May not be a big deal to some people, but I thought it was worth pointing out. Palm oil is known to cause GI distress for some individuals.

Value-wise, this is 21oz of primarily almond flour. Even accounting for the other ingredients, it's 4x as expensive as buying the ingredients (Sam's has 3lb almond flour for $13.xx). But can't deny the convenience of having something ready in 1 minute IF it tastes good.

Usually companies will push out a product and then when it catches on, degrade the ingredients. I'm guessing that's what happened here to save $0.005 or something ridiculous.
I'm always baffled when these companies have clean ingredients and then feel the need to add "natural" flavors, which are anything but natural
