Different tools. The brushless has oscillating tool, and is a 5 tool package, while the one posted in here contains the nail gun and circular saw.
I'm no expert, just trying to help. The brushless deal is YMMV at 219, but still shows 249 on HD's website. Those batteries are only 1.5AH, but have the meter on them. And, as mentioned, you're getting a Multi-Tool i.l.o. a Nailer and Circular saw while saving a few bucks AND getting brushless tools.
