Better battery, twice the standard memory/storage, newer (more powerful, efficient) processor, and better camera (including some new camera features) come with the 13 (regular and mini). I generally look at it as "will it make me like the phone, and delay upgrading, for one year longer?". If so, it's a bargain to spend that additional $100.
(Edit: typo in $100)
Probably worth the money. On paper. Mostly just for battery alone. Otherwise it's very similar
Yeah I've been duped by this. I thought I was getting an amazing deal when I traded in a note 9 for 700 (this was a deal for AT&t not Xfinity but the point stands) bucks but when it comes in the form of $22 Bill credits or something I would be better off just using mint mobile or straight talk or something

cancelling a line
Reactivating the phone and cancelling the other
adding a dummy device to that account and billing for all of them
not being able to add watches tot he account
3 months of incorrect billing
20 hours on the phone, chats, and text with support where we'd get randomly disconnected.
More annoyances I can't recall.
Final solution was porting numbers to Verizon and stopping payment on my cards.
I still show 2 watches not connected to any phones at $20 a month if I log in.
Looked into new customer deals for other carriers and they're all like $80+/mo for 2 lines unlimited. Gross. I don't need unlimited which is why Xfinity mobile works well for me. My bill is like $20/mo.
