I can't comment on whether or not these are great horns, however I can say everyone with a car with weak stock horns should get louder replacements.

People seem to think loud horns are just to be obnoxious but they can literally save lives. I have a miata myself and the stock horn is pitiful at best. I got PIAA horns but any loud, quality horn should be fine.
