This thing literally has 4 safety switches. The Deadman switch, the handle needs to be flipped out and also just be extended. Then a bag/mulcher attachment must be in. Anyone one of those fail, and your mower won't start.

Im definitely taking a gamble too, been looking at purchasing one, even bought one at retail (50$) saving and ended up returning it cuz 380$+ was just too much for me at the time. This seemed like the cheapest ive ever seen it on SD

Just keep in mind.... Refurbished doesn't qualify for mower rebates like the $150-250 offered by the Southern California aqmd.

This is a pretty decent deal but only if you need propulsion. My 11yo son can usually manage our push mower on flat ground just fine, but elderly or mobility impaired folks might want propulsion. RWD, though, can be hard to turn at the end of each swath.
