These have two disadvantage that have workarounds:

1. The straps break easily.
Workaround is to either gently pre-stretch the bands or use multiple fingers on both hands to stretch the band more uniformly when putting on your head--don't just yank on at one or two points of the strap. (I've never had a break since I started using the "multiple fingers" method.)

2. Being flat-folds, the nose piece is at a sharp angle and unless formed to your nose bridge, there's leakage.
Workaround: pre-form the nose piece by wrapping around your finger. (I've always still got some leakage around my sharp nose bridge, but it's lessened.)

I actually bought these and the masks are wrapped in secured plastic bag, but not individually. It seems to be a good N95 mask if you're wary of other non-brands.

if it's leaking, they are no longer N95. Might as well use cloth.

If you always got some leakage around the nose, why bother wearing these? This is exactly the problem with some masks, improper fitment. Everyone should purchase masks which give them the best seal to reduce the possibility of getting Covid. If it leaks, find another brand!

While the price per mask on this deal is good, it means nothing if the mask does not form a proper seal for the user.

Thanks. Glad to order them direct instead of rolling the dice with amazon and getting fakes.

Though I understand different people have different head shapes, these masks work just fine with me and I don't feel there's a leakage. I also like the fact that the strap is over-the-head style (instead of ear strap), so it's tighter and doesn't hurt my ears if I have to use it for an extended period of time.

Thanks. My total with taxes ended up being $53.15 for 100 masks which is what OP quoted without tax. No free shipping. Weird.

Subtotal $41.30
Shipping $7.99
Taxes $3.86
Total USD $53.15

If the subtotal is under $50, shipping is $8. Over $50, shipping is $3.

They work fine for me and have had zero break. I'm a petite female though.
