If your Vit D level is <12, you should be getting 50,000 IU weekly for 8 weeks.
If your level is 13-20, its recommended to have 2000 IU daily
If your level is 21-30, its recommended to have 1000 IU daily.
Not sure where people are getting the "5000 is usual" concept.........

That is a small amount. 5000 is the usual. And 60 count is too low. Bad deal.
D3 is a good supplement. But there are better deals.

Actually, your body only absorbs a % of what you take in... I just use the 50% measure that I piss/crap out and therefore if I need 1000IU, I take 2000 IU.
