There was lead in the hose.
This was ..... about 20 years ago, I was at a HD, and saw the soakers hoses, thinking I could use them for our fruit trees.
No, I'm in Florida..... that wasn't a "California Warning" label/disclosure.
Yes, I know: Lead occurs Naturally, just like Arsenic.
But it gave me pause to think I'd be feeding Lead to fruit I'd be eating.
No, sorry, I don't recall the brand ... wish I did.
Just my 2 Cents, maybe ya'all should research that, it might be important if you're gonna use these on fruit trees.
