What gambling?? No risk at all. If they don't have the stock, you simply call the store and cancel the order or just don't pick it up and it will cancel out/payment cancelled too.

You should never drive to the store to pick up an order you don't want. Plus always click "allow same brand substitutions" because if they sub, you aren't penalized in anyway on bonus cash or coupons.

If OOS and you really need it, then go to Dollar Tree which often sells very limited scents of this stuff, but there's zero to lose.

My order of 4x Softsoap Hand Soaps has been reduced to 3 by the store due to insufficient stock. Will I still get the entire $9 Walgreen Cash if I pick up my order?

No…i believe it has to be 4 hand soap and 2 body wash to get the $9 wc

Even with Dollar Tree's inflated price of $1.25, it is still cheaper to just buy there instead of this ($7.5) and you're not gambling with store inventory to achieve the deal. Is this really worth the free $2?

I don't think you can get this body wash at DT. It's actually pretty quality stuff. Also, this deal is great. It lets you use your previous Walgreens cash (up to $5) while acquiring more ($9).

I do agree about the inventory issue. It sucks and they run out fast.

you can actually redeem $10 in Wags Cash on this deal, not $5. try it at checkout (assuming you have $10 or more to use)

I substitute all the damn time but never have I ever receive any substitution. They just don't pack the item then my total throws off & remove any coupon leaving my total even higher than original order. They never substitute but I keep ticking the substitute button just to give them benefit of doubt. It never works

then you just cancel the order. and hope better luck next time. But don't go to the store, just do it over the phone or don't pick it up/will cancel out after a few days.
