Sale price is $2.70 (per unit cost of $0.45). This is the first time I've seen energy shots for under $0.50 since Lidl discontinued their store brand shot.

These work fine but they are the worst tasting energy shots I've ever tried. Seriously terrible aftertaste.

FWIW, energy shots are pretty bad for you. For me, the effects are pretty obvious, feeling icky and having immediate gastrointestinal distress. My friend used them all the time for years and ended up hospitalized for gastrointestinal issues. I also wonder if his huge weight gain had something to do with these drinks, too.
