I also read few articles and came to know about few reliable websites that sell KF94 (from S Korea and Hong Kong) and KN95 (China). Most of them do not have items in stock. Few have in stock or would ship in a week or two, but mostly are solid colors.
These ones have good designs for kids but not sure about the quality since I didn't see this website mentioned in any articles about KF94 and KN95.
Not sure if a good deal, but for $15 you get a 10-pk of individually wrapped masks and can try them out.
There is also an assortment here [ebay.com] you can try out for kids 10 for $20.
