Dang, you guys are making me tempted to get one for WFH as our Xfinity can be spotty. Can any of these be setup to utilize the WAN port from existing connection but automatically rollover to 4G LTE when primary WAN is out? Are you concerned at all of security on no-brand Chinese or even Huawei as well as security updates and support?

Lastly, what's an economical LTE service prepaid or limited to only about 3-5GB/month total usage if at all? Knock on wood our Xfinity has been good for over 4 weeks w/o outage, yay.

Wonder if you can flash rooter (firmware) to it and chang TTL settings?
Maybe add external antennas?

Thanks, does it have ability to use WAN hardwire connection primary and automatically failover to 4G LTE when WAN is down? Would be even better if it automatically switches back to WAN port when it's up to save 4G data. I'm trying to setup something as seamless and simple as possible for WFH wife when I'm not at home as I go into the office occasionally.

Yes, it does. However, it might have fewer 4G frequencies than Netgear.

Thanks for the info, good to know, at almost half the price it's tempting. Worst case I did tell my wife to use the hotspot on phone, but giving her a more resilient home wifi w/ 4G backup may make her happier LMAO

Late reply but yes. Voxel has firmware out for it, along with a guide to implement ttl.
You can also install four u.fl to sma to keep the 4x mimo.
There's also band locking available.

Snagged a used unit and have done all you mentioned but the four antennas (just two external ones). Working on my outdoor enclosure for the four antenna setup.
Has been a great unit so far.
