Nice find. These are usually at least $2, even in bulk.

How's this flavor? I tried the blue lemonade years ago, which should be my favorite of the flavors, but it had a weird lingering aftertaste.

Intermittent fasting is about resting your gut and achieving autophagy. There are studies that suggests Sucralose, and other sweeteners like Erythritol has shown to stimulate the digestive tract; thus breaking your fast when your gut is working to process the sweeteners.

by that logic, drinking water breaks a fast as the gut activates to absorb the water.
